30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Brileon, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The return & exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be in their original condition—unused, in original packaging, without scratches or signs of wear, must not be resized or altered in any way, and include all components.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Returns without tracking information will not be processed.

Please Note: Do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and may result in processing delays.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized products, including those with custom sizes, engravings, colors, stone cuts, or stone sizes, cannot be returned.

Items that have been worn or were sent as a replacement/exchange are not eligible for return.

Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange
Contact us at support@brileon.store with your order number. Our customer service team will review your request and provide a return authorization if your item qualifies.

Step 2: Ship Your Return
Once your return request has been approved and you have received our return address, please send back your item within 3 business days, following the provided instructions. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and signature confirmation. If the return is shipped without tracking and is lost by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
