One Year Warranty

Brileon stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, starting from the date the original order was received.
Warranty Terms
1. Customers are responsible for back and forth shipping fees.
2. Customers must contact our support team before returning any item to receive the return shipping address.
3. Items must be securely packed before being shipped back. Brileon is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.
4. Returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping method. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
5. The warranty will be void if the item shows signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond "normal wear," as determined by our jewelry specialists.
