Order Processing Time
We do our best to get your order ready as quickly as possible! Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Order Cancellations
Once your order is being processed, we’re unable to cancel it. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Estimated Shipping Times
We currently ship to select countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and several European countries. Estimated shipping time:
- USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- Other European Countries: 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Fees

- If available, expedited shipping options may be offered at checkout.
Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing times or additional fees.
Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us at brileonstore@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Make sure to include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us—we’ll try to find a solution as quickly as possible.
